Airon Travel – Terms and Conditions

Thank you for choosing Airon Travel. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully as they outline our policies on booking, cancellations, payments, and more.


1. Definitions

  • “Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our” refers to Airon Travel.

  • “You” or “User” means the individual using our website or booking services.

  • “Service” refers to our website and the travel services we provide.


2. Booking and Payment Policy

  • A 25% deposit of the total package cost is required to confirm hotel bookings.

  • An additional 25% must be paid 30 days prior to the tour start date.

  • The remaining balance must be settled by the time of check-in on Day 1.

  • Optional activities or upgrades (e.g., deluxe to premium/luxury houseboats or vehicle category) are subject to additional costs and must be paid in advance.

  • All payments must be made via approved methods and confirmed in writing.


3. Cancellation Policy

  • 0-7 days before travel date: No refund

  • 8-15 days: 25% cancellation fee

  • 16-20 days: 50% cancellation fee

  • 21-29 days: 75% cancellation fee

  • 30+ days: Full refund

All cancellation requests must be sent via email to be considered valid.


4. Accommodation and Houseboat Policy

  • Hotel rooms are booked based on availability at the time of confirmation.

  • Early check-ins/late check-outs are subject to hotel policies and additional charges.

  • Some hotels/houseboats provide extra beds as floor mattresses.

  • Houseboat Check-In: 12:00 PM | Check-Out: 9:00 AM next day

  • Deluxe houseboats provide A/C only between 9 PM to 6 AM. Premium & Luxury categories offer A/C throughout the stay.

  • Houseboats are not permitted to cruise after evening hours per government regulations.

  • Non-vegetarian meals are standard; inform us 3 days prior for alternative meal preferences.


5. Vehicle Usage Policy

  • Vehicles provided are for inter-city transfers and intra-city sightseeing only as per the itinerary.

  • Air-conditioning may not be functional in hill station areas.


6. Travel Itinerary

  • The itinerary shared is indicative and may change due to weather, health, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Distance and travel durations are approximate and subject to change.


7. Travel Documents & Identity

  • All travelers must carry valid government-issued photo identification.

  • Foreign nationals must carry their passport and visa.

  • PAN cards are not accepted for hotel check-in.


8. Insurance & Liability

  • We do not offer insurance for health, accidents, loss, or theft. Travelers are advised to arrange their own travel insurance.

  • All belongings are the sole responsibility of the traveler.


9. Timeliness & Refunds

  • Travelers are responsible for maintaining punctuality. Missing parts of the tour due to delay will not be eligible for refunds.


10. Force Majeure & Disclaimer

We are not responsible for any delays, cancellations, or losses arising from:

  • Natural calamities

  • Flight cancellations

  • Political unrest

  • Strikes

  • Accidents

  • Machinery failures

  • Epidemics or pandemics

  • Acts of God


11. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses.


12. Use of Website

  • We may include third-party links. We are not responsible for external content, practices, or policies.


13. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access to our services at any time without prior notice if terms are violated.


14. Disputes & Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kerala, India. Any disputes must first be attempted to be resolved amicably. Unresolved disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kerala.


15. Changes to Terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of updated terms.
